Chinta Bhagat
Founder
Chinta has worked in senior leadership roles in investing, consulting and operating settings for over three decades, with a significant portion of his time spent in the healthcare and wellness sectors. He now invests and operates through Aries Holdings, an independent investment holding company, focused primarily on the Indian and U.S. markets.
Till recently, he was head of Asia at L Catterton, the world’s largest consumer-focused private equity firm, minority-owned by LVMH, which manages over $30 billion in equity capital across multiple fund platforms. He led the transformation and integration of the Asian franchise into the global firm, and also led transactions worth over $1 billion, including industry-leading deals in consumer healthcare in Asia and the U.S.
Prior to L Catterton, Chinta was Head of India and concurrently head of the healthcare portfolio at Khazanah Nasional, overseeing a total of approximately $5 billion, and led several marquee transactions across the Asian region.
Chinta has also held various positions at McKinsey & Company, including six years as the Managing Partner of the Singapore office. He led the firm’s work with Principal Investors (sovereign wealth funds, private equity, and family offices) on a range of topics, from developing strategies, executing transactions, managing risk, and implementing board governance initiatives.
Chinta has an MBA from INSEAD, and an undergraduate degree in architecture.
Vishal joined Aries Health as an Operating Partner in 2024 and is based in Mumbai. His key focus is to identify future potential of investments and design the turn around plan for new investments. Vishal has more than 20 years of leadership experience across commercial and operational roles and as an Ex- Army officer, in India and the Asia Pacific region, within pharma, consumer healthcare (D2C), and as a Clinician. Prior to joining Aries Health Vishal was leading Enterprise Strategy, new products and the largest Business Unit in MSD India. Prior to MSD India, Vishal has spent a decade with Abbott in various leadership roles in India and Asia Pacific.
Vishal holds a management degree from the Indian School of Business and a MBBS degree from GMC Nagpur. In his spare time, Vishal enjoys spending time with family and travelling.

Raihan joined Aries Health in February 2025 as an Associate, focusing on healthcare buyouts. Before moving into investing, Raihan played a key role in scaling MSD/Merck’s vaccines business, focusing on the HPV vaccine. Previously, he worked in consulting at Dalberg, tackling challenges in healthcare, agriculture, and financial inclusion. Raihan grew up across Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, and Hyderabad, and is now based in Mumbai. He graduated from BITS Pilani and will be joining Harvard Business School in the summer.

Rashi joined Aries Health in July 2025 as an Administrative Partner, bringing over 19 years of experience supporting CEOs and senior leaders across global consulting and corporate sectors. Before Aries, she spent nearly a decade at Sembcorp Industries, where she played a key role in establishing the South Asia Country Office and leading high-level strategic initiatives. Earlier, she worked with McKinsey & Company, Ernst & Young, and American Express. Rashi grew up in New Delhi, holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from IMT Ghaziabad and a Bachelor’s from Lady Shri Ram College, and continues to be based in New Delhi.
